It is a twelve month service agreement. You are agreeing to a schedule and a monthly price for the year, and we are agreeing to the visits in that schedule. We go through the whole agreement with you before anything is signed.
Yes. Every visit in your plan is carried out by our own crews rather than passed to a subcontractor, so the people working on your home get to know the property over the year.
We reschedule it. Florida weather moves plenty of appointments, and a visit that cannot be done safely is simply moved rather than lost from your plan.
Yes. Solar panel cleaning and soft washing are available as separate one off jobs alongside your plan. Just ask when you need them and we will schedule around your existing visits.
Not usually. Interior window cleaning needs someone to let us in, so we arrange that visit with you in advance. Everything else is exterior work we can carry out while you are away.
Monthly across the twelve month term, or in full up front for the twelfth month free. We set this up when you accept the plan.
